"Kris represented us as Buyer’s Agent and helped us find and ultimately close on our new home/ranch. She exhibited high energy and availability, always right there to answer our questions. She asked questions of the Seller/Seller’s Agent that we didn’t think to ask and offered us good advice on how to craft the offer. She was super knowledgeable about the inspection process and is familiar with the specific issues that can affect rural properties (well, septic, etc). We really enjoyed her positivity, purposefulness and “get it done” attitude. Would absolutely work with her again."

"Kris just snagged an amazing deal for me on a 1903 fixer. Though I’ve bought a sold a couple houses before, I’ve never dealt with anything needing so much work. Kris’s experience dealing with old homes quickly became evident as she carefully guided me through the inspection process and provided fantastic recommendations for professional contractors. "Kris is a fierce defender, willing to go to bat for you when she needs to and also one of the most personable and easy to get along with people on the planet. I count myself lucky that Kris was in my corner and willing to entertain my sometimes off the wall questions. We had to offer on 3 houses to land on the right one over the course of several months. There was never a time when Kris made us reschedule or wasn't able to show us a house we wanted to see. Kris made herself completely available anytime we had questions pop up or a house we needed to see. Not only did we have 3 houses we needed to offer on to get there, there was also a relocation company, some choice listing agents, and some bizarre negotiation tactics thrown at Kris every step of the way and she always new the right response, always checked in to make sure her voice was a megaphone for our voice, and truly got us into our perfect house without ever missing a beat. "Working with Kris was the best decision my wife and I have ever made. Kris met with us multiple times regarding the sale of our home before we decided to list. She made small recommendations to make our house sell more quickly and at a higher price. These recommendations helped us sell for probably 10% more for only a small investment on our part. Kris navigated the offer acceptance and eventual sale of our home like a pro. It was a super smooth transaction.We of course asked Kris to help us purchase our new home.
